This RFQ is for the procurement of a Tunnel Program Manager for the upcoming Interim Clean Water Plan tunnel and conveyance system design contracts. The program will advance the work performed over the last several years through the design phase and continue to coordinate with our customer municipalities to incorporate adaptive management provisions of the CD.
