ALCOSAN is always encouraging students to learn more and get involved in science, technology, and environmental education and career paths. There are plenty of opportunities for high school and college students to learn more about working at ALCOSAN.
ALCOSAN’s Scholastic Outreach Department offers internships and job shadowing opportunities to high school students, college students, post graduate students and recent graduates with an opportunity to learn more about specialized careers in the wastewater industry. ALCOSAN provides the students and recent graduates with real-world working exposure and provides an opportunity to gain experience in their field of interest.
Interns must meet the following criteria:

The following documents are needed to apply: resume, letter of recommendation (faculty may email letters directly to soevents@alcosan.org), and transcript/coursework in PDF format.
Job shadowing opportunities are available for students in 7-12 grade who are interested in STEM and skilled trade careers and would like exposure alongside a professional in their career interest(s).
