This contract includes the 18-foot finished diameter Ohio River Tunnel, the 14-foot finished diameter Chartiers Creek and Saw Mill Run Tunnels, an 8-foot finished diameter dewatering tunnel and several associated tunnel adits. The contract also includes eight deep shafts ranging in diameter from 25 - 70 feet, ten flow regulator structures, two aboveground control buildings and a river wall.
