Under this Agreement , the Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to repair ALCOSAN’S Roll-Up and Overhead Style Garage Doors on an “as needed basis”, for a Twenty-Four (24) month period, from March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2023 during which term the quoted Labor Rates and Material Mari-up percentage shall remain fixed.
