Description : ALCOSAN is soliciting Statements of Qualification (“Qualification Submittals”) from firms interested in providing property and right of way acquisition services for the Clean Water Plan (CWP). The selected Property Acquisition Consultant will provide services necessary to assist in research and acquisition of properties and/or rights-of-way identified by ALCOSAN as required for the CWP implementation related to researching, negotiating, and acquiring or securing properties and rights-of-way.
