This contract is a re-bid of Contract 1744. This contract is intended to make improvements to the 

ALCOSAN 0-7 Access Shaft to replace the HVAC equipment, replace the electrical conduit and fixtures, replace the roof, 

address corrosion with the shaft using concrete rehabilitation, and install internal tie offs and address other safety concerns.  

The project consists of a General, Electrical and HVAC contracts.

CANCELLATION: Upon consideration of Bids Received and opened on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the Board of this Authority at its meeting on Thursday, September 22, 2022, voted to Reject All Bids for the above referenced project. The work included in this contract scope is projected to be packaged into a future contract of similar scope to obtain bids from all contracts (G, H and E). Contract 1744A has been Permanently Cancelled.
