Environmental Compliance Facility

The Environmental Compliance Facility (ECF) will be a three-story building.  The first floor will consist of a new laboratory, and the second and third floor will consist of new office space.  There will be a patio/rooftop garden located on the second floor as well. The ECF construction is scheduled to be completed in spring 2024. 

Benefits

This is one of the many steps that will pave the way for one of our final Plant Expansion projects – the construction of two new Primary Sedimentation Tanks. The existing laboratory is one of the buildings that will need to be demolished to accommodate the space to build these two new large process tanks.
