Mr. Klein has served District 11 on County Council since 2015. A clinical associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh, he teaches business courses at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and the College of Business Administration. 

Prior to joining Pitt in 2016, he was a faculty member of Duquesne University’s Palumbo/Donahue School of Business, where he also served on the university’s Grievance Board and on the Honor’s College Advisory Board. 

Earlier, he was a financial adviser for an investment banking company and mediator for the Pittsburgh Commission on Human Relations. 

Mr. Klein also is a member of ALCOSAN’s Green Committee.
