Work performed under this contract will diagnose issues within the ALCOSAN interceptor system to inform future infrastructure operation and maintenance needs. The contract contains two site specific areas where CCTV and split-screen sonar work is needed. One is the Upper Allegheny and the second is the lower portion of Charters Creek. Ancillary work to complete the inspection that may be required include cleaning, bypass pumping and debris removal.
