Description : This contract involves furnishing materials and special services associated with electrical substation equipment. The materials include two (2) 23kV-13.8kV liquid filled outdoor substation power transformers and accessories. This pre-purchase is necessary due to the anticipated extraordinarily long lead times of this equipment and to maintain the Ohio River Tunnel construction schedule. Installation of the transformers and accessories is not part of this Contract.
