Under this contract the Supplier shall Furnish and Deliver Caustic Soda for Demineralization Unit Regeneration for the period March 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022, and for two (2) additional optional one-year extensions from March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023, and March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024, provided that each one (1) year option is mutually acceptable to both parties and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and at the price quoted in the bid.
