Description : The roof of the Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) Penthouse has developed significant water leakage. This contract is to remove the existing EPDM roof system and replace it with a TPO roof system. The Penthouse is located on the southwest comer of the roof of the Energy Recovery Facility, and there are 2 parts to the Penthouse roof for a total area of approximately 2,340 SF.
