ALCOSAN’s North End Plant Expansion earned top honors from the Master Builders’ Association of Western Pennsylvania at its annual Building Excellence Awards, winning Excellence in Craftsmanship (Exterior). The award recognizes outstanding quality and execution in exterior construction work. The project team included Mascaro Construction Co. LP as contractor and HDR Inc.-Pittsburgh as architect, highlighting the skilled craftsmanship supporting ALCOSAN’s ongoing infrastructure improvements and long-term commitment to protecting regional water quality.
