Board Member
Edward Bigley serves as Chairman of the Allegheny County Plumbing Advisory Board and has been a member of Pittsburgh Plumbers Local 27 for more than 30 years. Throughout his career, he has held numerous leadership positions within the union, including serving on the Examining Board, as Recording Secretary, Business Agent, and Business Manager/Financial Secretary Treasurer.
Edward also serves on the Executive Boards of the Pittsburgh Building Trades and the Pennsylvania Pipe Trades. He was appointed to the ALCOSAN Board of Directors and brings decades of industry experience to the Authority. A licensed journeyman plumber since 1998, he has contributed to several landmark construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh region, including Heinz Field, the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, and UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.
A lifelong Pittsburgh resident, Edward is a graduate of Carrick High School and Robert Morris University. He is honored to continue serving on the ALCOSAN Board of Directors for an additional term.
