ALCOSAN is covered by Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law. It requires the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority to make accessible for inspection or duplication all public records of the authority unless otherwise provided by law or by authority policy. All requests for public records must be submitted in writing using the provided form and must be transmitted to the Authority in person, by mail, fax or email.
