Michael Diven represents the 22nd legislative district of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. In 1997 at 27 years of age, he represented the 4th council district and was the youngest person ever elected to serve on Pittsburgh's City Council. Mr. Diven served as a Staff Assistant for Allegheny County Commissioner Tom Foerster from 1993-1996. He is a city appointee to the ALCOSAN Board and serves as Treasurer.
