Administration
The Finance and Administration office implements and
maintains sound fiscal policies, competent customer service and safeguards
Authority assets including personnel, funds and the physical plant.
This office ensures compliance with financial regulatory bodies and
with the Authority's Trustees. It is the primary point of contact with
financial institutions, financial advisors and risk management providers.
- Accounting Department-is responsible for
daily full investment of available funds, processing of Authority
accounts payable and biweekly payroll, as well as day-to-day maintenance
of Authority books of original entry.
- Customer Service & Billing Department-is
responsible for the processing of customer usage data, generation
of collection of proper customer usage fees and providing customer
support.
- Human Resources Department-is responsible
for the administration of personnel policies in compliance of applicable
laws provides adequate staffing and oversight of the Authority's training
and safety programs.
- Information Systems Department-is responsible
for the implementation and maintenance of the Authority's electronic
information network.
- Purchasing Department-is responsible for
the procurement of Authority supplies and assets in compliance with
applicable state guidelines. The Department is also responsible for
maintenance of proper inventory levels to operate a 24-hour facility
with minimum disruption.
