Division Overview

ALCOSAN consists of the following seven divisions:

Finance and Administration
Director: William Inks
mplements and maintains sound fiscal policies, competent customer service and safeguards Authority assets including personnel, funds and the physical plant.

Engineering and Construction
Director: Kimberly Kennedy, P.E.
Provides ALCOSAN with engineering services and technical support to successfully administer the Capital Improvement Programs, and assist in the operation and maintenance of the plant and interceptor system.

Operations and Maintenance
Director: Douglas Jackson
Ensures continuous, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all treatment plant equipment and facilities in order to meet permit requirements and environmental standards.

Regional Conveyance
Director: Jan Oliver
Ensures continuous, cost-effective operation and maintenance of all collection and conveyance equipment and facilities in order to meet permit requirements and environmental standards

Environmental Compliance
Director: Arthur Tamilia

Ensures that the Authority complies with environmental laws. It is the Authority's primary point of contact with environmental regulatory agencies for routine issues, permit applications and reporting.

Director: Joseph Vallarian

Provides our 83 municipal partners and the public with up-to-date information about ALCOSAN through publications, participation in community events and scholastic programs for students at all levels.

Governmental Affairs
Director: Jeanne K. Clark
Provides support and serves as a liaison between ALCOSAN and its 83 member municipalities along with state and federal governmental agencies and officials.
