Jacques Moye is an associate attorney who focuses on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as cases of private equity and venture capital. Also working within the Corporate Governance practice, Jacques deals in SEC matters and other general corporate and securities work. Prior to his being appointed to serve on the ALCOSAN Board, Jacques also served as an executive assistant in the Office of the Chief Executive of Allegheny County.
